Privacy policy.
You are sending us your dates and your phone number, not signing up to a platform. Here is exactly where those go.

01The short version
We ask for the least we need to answer you, we pass it only to the people who have to see it to run your stay, and we do not sell it to anyone.
02What we collect
When you send an enquiry, you give us your name, how to reach you, your dates and whatever you choose to tell us about the trip. That is it — this site takes no payment and asks for no document.
03How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form does not store anything on this website. It composes a message and hands it to your email client or to WhatsApp, so nothing is sent until you press send, and the copy that arrives sits in our mailbox rather than in a database here.
That also means WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to anything you send us that way.
04Analytics and cookies
This site currently runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens.
05Who else sees it
To answer you properly we usually have to check with someone:
- The owner or manager of the villa you asked about.
- The operator running the experience or charter.
- Our email, messaging and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf.
We share your name, dates and party size — not the rest of your correspondence — and only for the booking in hand. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries that never became bookings are cleared out after two years. Booking records are kept for seven, because Indonesian tax and accounting rules require it.
07What you can ask us to do
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — subject to the records we are legally required to keep. We will come back to you within thirty days.
We will only email you about a trip you asked about. If we ever start a newsletter it will be opt-in, and one click will end it.
08Keeping it safe
This site is served over HTTPS, and access to our mailbox and booking records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you rather than wait to be asked.
